This post may contain affiliate links. This DIY heart garland is so simple to make and such a cute garland for Valentine's day decor. To make the hearts all you need is cardboard and yarn. Hot glue is optional. You can find heart templates online to trace on to the cardboard to cut out. Start wrapping your yarn around the cardboard hearts in all different directions. You can use your finger to hold down the end of the string, a piece of tape or a dab of hot glue. Keep wrapping until the cardboard is covered. Hot glue the end of yarn to the back of the heart. This post contains affiliate links. Basket walls are an easy and affordable way to decorate a big or small wall. I found all of these baskets at thrift stores for under $10. I white washed the baskets for more of a cottage-beachy feel. It can take a few trips to the thrift store to get all of your baskets since it's so hit or miss.
